Not gonna lie, a rainbow cake is my favourite kind of cake! M&S does one that is just sooooo good! This image is from Poppy Power by Marcella Hawley, coloured with my ever trusty promarkers. I used my silhouette to cut the circle and the banner die cuts. The papers were from a Craft ID pad, layered on a navy card base. Then some orange twine and a little 'rainbow' of gems to finish it off.
